What's the journey that led you to do what you do today?
Initially, I started creating art for social media as a passion project after graduating from college. I was unsure about the career path I wanted to take, so I took this step as a fuel for my creativity. This platform led to me connecting with different artists, galleries, and fairs where I got the opportunity to showcase my work to the public.
How would you define your artistic style?
Stylistically, I would say the closest genres would be Pop Art or Contemporary Art. In terms of the medium, it is mostly digital-based media; a mixture of collage, neon, photography, and LED. I like to subvert existing content to create a new narrative.
Who or what inspires you to create?
Conversations I’ve had, people I’ve met, news I’ve read- it could literally be anything. All I know is that I’m usually left with this rush of emotions that I need to translate into something intelligible.
What is your spirit animal?
I would like to think of something exotic like the Fennec Fox or Bird of Paradise, but my spirit is more of a domesticated cat.
If you weren't an artist what career path would you take?
I often struggle with this question. I once read that acting is the ability to live truthfully under imaginary circumstances- and I just fell in love with that idea. This tension between control and chaos, deception and truth, strength and vulnerability is so mesmerising. So yes, I would have chosen to be an actress.
If you can live anywhere in the world where would it be and why?
I often go between two extremes. Wanting to live in a city like New York or Tokyo, or completely submitting to the little voice that wants to live out a meditative lifestyle on some secluded ranch, with lots of animals.
If you were a fruit, what would it be and why?
I did a buzzfeed test once and got cherry. Apparently they are the ‘intimidating impossibly cool, and effortlessly chic’ fruit of the produce world. I have no idea.
If you could collaborate with one artist of any kind who would it be and why?
Iʼve always given the same answer to this question, and it would forever be James Turrell. The way he uses light and space to tease our perception and give a sense of presence to absence is just breathtaking.
What song title describes your current mood?
Forever Young.
What's your hidden talent?
I’m pretty sure it’s not a talent, but I do this thing where I highlight favorite quotes from books I’ve read and compile them into shorter narratives that surprisingly end up making a lot of sense.

How many light years is the closest galaxy to the Milky Way.
